Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Home Care. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and transferring
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to clients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and dependability
Work Setting:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. You will be required to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
