Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Analai Express Media Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative tasks and activities to support the smooth operation of our establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record management and access to information
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
