At MCI Accounting, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating the flow of information within the team
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* Answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
* Answering electronic enquiries
* Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
* Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas
* Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
* Performing data entry
* Providing customer service
* Performing basic bookkeeping tasks

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in a similar role. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
