As a Digital Communications Specialist at Altis Recruitment, you will play a key role in driving digital strategy, managing content, and supporting online growth. You will be part of a talented and innovative team at a leading company in the protective paints and coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive online growth and engagement.
  • Manage and update content across the company's website properties to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with vendors to create high-quality content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Analyze and report on website and social media traffic to inform future digital strategies.
  • Track and report on online marketing efforts, including paid ads, affiliate programs, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive more traffic to the website.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies across multiple sales channels.
  • Partner with merchants, bloggers, and online editors to develop co-branded content and expand the company's online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to inform digital strategies.
  • Oversee spokesperson and influencer relationships, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Coordinate online promotions and ensure product information is current and accurate.
  • Manage and report on PPC campaigns in collaboration with an external agency.
  • Execute digital strategies, including social media campaigns and online advertising, to drive engagement and growth.
  • Grow and engage online audiences through social media and customer interactions.
  • Develop and manage B2B and B2C e-newsletters to stay in touch with customers and prospects.
  • Participate in offsite events to engage with customers and promote the company's products.
  • Coordinate customer art requests with the Creative Services team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven expertise in social media management and tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) or similar software.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint); Sitecore preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Comfortable speaking at events and willing to participate in product demonstrations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical features clearly.
