We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Sip A Tea - The Bubble Tea Experts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to meet the demands of our customers and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
