About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Masala Bhavan Express. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and orders to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
