About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Silver Dragon Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Team Management: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain the highest standards of food quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
