Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Provide customer service and respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform data entry and typing tasks
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
