Interim Assistant to the Dean

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide executive-level support to the Dean and senior leaders within the SC-Office of the Dean at York University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the workflow of administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective support to the Office's priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential and professional support to the Dean and senior leaders
• Coordinate and oversee the workflow of administrative staff
• Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement administrative processes to support the Office's priorities
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service orientation
