Client Care Coordinator Opportunity

COMPHYSIO+ Performance Wellness is a leading health clinic in Barrie, ON, seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team of professionals. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and creating a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally, handling all front desk duties with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Manage the daily schedule, minimizing canceled appointments and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Process payments, reconcile petty cash, and manage client billing cases, accounts receivables, and cash.
  • Support the company's mission, vision, and core values, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized office.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
