Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care Coordinator sought for O'Sullivan Animal Hospital in Barrie, ON.


This full-time opportunity caters to an organized, empathetic individual, supporting clients and their pets in a welcoming environment.



  • Excellent customer service aptitude; creating a pet-friendly ambiance.
  • Ability to answer phone calls and track/book appointments successfully.
  • Scheduling appointments; admitting/discharging pet patients.
  • Invoicing/billing; creating estimates and processing payments.
  • Initiative and independence in work.
  • Veterinary Assistant (VA) or VAOA program certification is an asset.
  • General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common spaces.
  • Will to learn regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assisting Veterinary staff.
  • A love for all companion animals.
