We are a leading privately-owned PT-owned multi-disciplinary health clinic in Barrie, ON, dedicated to helping our clients achieve pain-free living. Our team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we're seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our busy team.
Job SummaryThe Client Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. This role involves handling front desk duties, scheduling appointments, managing client billing, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors professionally, providing a positive first impression
- Handle all front desk duties with enthusiasm and professionalism, including scheduling appointments and managing client billing
- Responsible for filling the daily schedule and minimizing canceled appointments
- Receive payments, reconcile petty cash daily, and manage client billing cases, accounts receivable, and cash and bad debt
- Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of the company
- Ensure the smooth running of the office, including general housekeeping duties
- 2+ years of customer experience considered an asset
- Ability to build positive relationships with high-level interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours
