Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Midtown Medical Centre Inc.
Job Summary:The Medical Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This role will involve greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
- Record and relay information accurately and efficiently
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- Permanent employment
- 35 hours per week
- English language
This role will be based in a fast-paced healthcare environment, requiring the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy office setting.
