Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Midtown Medical Centre Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate area, and provide general information
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and tests
- Process and manage medical billing and insurance claims
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing and maintaining medical records, and performing data entry
