Medical Office Coordinator

MIDTOWN MEDICAL CENTRE INC. is seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Reception: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate areas, and handle phone calls and messages.
- Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: Will train
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility or clinic
