Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Ottapro Education Corp.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration, including staff supervision, budget management, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 administrative staff members;
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures;
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. The working hours are 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
