Retail Store Manager

Petro Pass is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback for growth and development.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
