Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
