Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Payments and Manage Inventory: Process payments, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage Cash and Prepare Reports: Manage cash handling, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues and Organize Inventory: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
