Retail Store Manager

Petro Pass is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their skills and productivity.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
