About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind Software. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Optimization: Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish and manage processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Revenue Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze revenue data to derive actionable insights.
  • Process Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting used for key internal meetings.
  • Technology Stack Management: Manage a robust technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and more.
  • Revenue Operations Trends and Best Practices: Remain educated on revenue operations trends and best practices, inclusive of implementing AI to optimize personal, team, and company efficiency.
  • System Integration and Data Flow: Ensure all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Onboarding: Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a Salesforce Administrator to ensure effective CRM management and support, while overseeing and guiding a Junior Data Entry Assistant.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data, finance, or revenue/sales operations roles.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team or owning a revenue/sales operations function.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry and knowledge of subscription-based revenue models.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and other sales, customer support, and partnership-specific technologies.
  • Strong interest in AI and its applications in optimizing operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities to lead initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business success.
