About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in building information modelling (BIM) to work on various projects across different sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement BIM strategies to improve project efficiency and quality
- Create and manage 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that BIM models meet project requirements
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in BIM technology
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with BIM software, such as Revit or Navisworks
- A strong understanding of building codes and regulations
