We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
