Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hull Enterprises Ltd o/a Pizza Hut. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, food and beverage servers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility.
    • Team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
