Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
