  • Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that we stay within budget and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers leave satisfied.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Working Conditions

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and as a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
