Eisa Trading Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
