Strategic Business Advisor, Human Resources

At the University of Saskatchewan, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor, Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic people initiatives focused on the University Plan 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with colleges and units across campus to support strategic people initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the University Plan 2025.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to university leaders and staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR strategic planning and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
