Job Title: Business Partner Human Resources

At Health Careers in Sask, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner Human Resources to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Business Partner Human Resources will be responsible for providing advanced knowledge and strategic support to operational leaders within the assigned service area. This role will involve providing key HR services, including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations, as well as ensuring HR is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR support to operational leaders, including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant HR legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare management setting.
  • Experience in employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations.
  • Human Resources diploma or Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to lead and coach others, collaborate with stakeholders, and adapt to change.
