Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Health Careers in Saskatchewan, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our operational leaders in achieving their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced knowledge and strategic guidance to operational leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR services, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Support leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services, including employment, employee wellness, and accommodation.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and vision.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare management setting.
  • Experience in employment, employee wellness, and accommodation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and coach others, with a commitment to quality, safety, and improvement.
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation and standards, as well as the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action.
