About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our China operations and drive business growth. As Sales Director-China Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a consulting firm
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
