We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Solar Canada office team who can provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to construction projects. This role involves developing and implementing project safety plans, ensuring projects are constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule, and negotiating and issuing subcontracts.

This position requires a strong background in construction management, including experience with leadership and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and be able to relocate across Canada and/or the United States.

PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Our salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include an employee share purchase offering, discretionary annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, retirement plan plus matching, and career development programs.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide value engineering proposals that benefit functionality, cost, and schedule. You will also manage project performance and provide regular status reports, and participate in overall project commissioning and closeout.
