About the Role:

This key position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our product and service delivery, including manufacturing, reconditioning, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will establish and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Operational Excellence: Drive lean manufacturing concepts across processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Leadership and Management: Build and develop a high-performing management team, oversee regional operations, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, coach, and discipline managers to improve effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental programs, and regulatory approvals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial and administrative controls, allocate budgets, and monitor performance against set targets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience: In a managerial capacity in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting, overseeing multiple plants.
  • Education: Degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce, or a relevant field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of performance with set goals, excellent communication and decision-making skills, strong leadership capabilities, and ability to motivate and inspire employees.
