Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Job Description

As an Administrative and Financial Director, you will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, establishing objectives for the organization, and formulating or approving policies and programs. You will also represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate authority to them. Additionally, you will establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, ensuring effective execution of business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and direct the activities of 5-10 people, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
