What You Will Do

As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist based in our Kenora branch, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers by providing exceptional sales support, sourcing products, and processing orders. You will work closely with our Branch Manager to offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability, and maintain our showroom and counter shelves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide direct sales support to customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, and process orders and inquiries.
  • Warehouse Support: Pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock levels to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Customer Service: Consistently achieve a high level of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build brand recognition by supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring that our corporate image is consistently reflected.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
