Position Overview:

We are seeking an Inside Sales/Counter Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interact with clients, address their inquiries, process orders, and ensure the showroom is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Assistance: Support customers with their orders and inquiries.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory replenishment.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service to make a positive impact.
  • Brand Representation: Enhance brand visibility and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or warehouse environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to share knowledge.
