About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales skills and productivity.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
