About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Mobile Snap. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
