About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
