Manufacturing Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to join our team at VPC Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Replacement: Develop and implement effective equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and recommend replacement of machines as needed.
- Quality Control: Direct and oversee quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques, and oversee the training of new staff members.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets and oversee financial resources.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Furniture and Fixtures: We are seeking candidates with experience in the furniture and fixtures industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
- Work under Pressure: The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet industry standards.
