Job Description

VPC Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be able to lead a team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment to improve production efficiency.
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth production.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in manufacturing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience in furniture and fixtures industry.
