Job Title: Manufacturing Plant Manager

VPC Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Quality Control: Direct and oversee quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary materials to meet production demands.
  • Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage departmental budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure we are meeting our production goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a manufacturing management role.
  • Industry Experience: Furniture and fixtures.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, and values and ethics.
