We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ST-ONGE FORD INC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a call centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
