Job Description

The People & Culture Business Partner team provides strategic support to the organization for all people-related matters, encompassing organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and team/leadership development. As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will focus on the employee life cycle and support our people through their journey at lululemon.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the integrity of employee data in Workday for assigned client groups, including reporting, document upload, and job changes.
  2. Design, coordinate, and improve the new hire onboarding process for hourly agency worker conversions and direct hires in partnership with Talent Acquisition, hiring Managers, People and Culture Partners, Health and Safety, and relevant stakeholders.
  3. Partner with hiring Managers and Senior People & Culture Advisor to facilitate HR appointments for new hires and answer onboarding inquiries for hourly employees.
  4. Respond to HRIS data/internal inquiries.
  5. Collaborate with the Benefits team to ensure all benefits documentation in the system is current and up-to-date for assigned client groups.
  6. Document minutes/note-taking for team meetings as required.
  7. Provide HR administrative support to the Senior People and Culture Advisor for cyclical People & Culture programs, including but not limited to performance reviews, talent planning, compensation programs, snack and chats, retention programs, and net new programs/initiatives.
  8. Evaluate compliance with policy acknowledgments for assigned client groups.
  9. Perform data audits and reconciliations in the company's people systems.
  10. Offer administrative support throughout the employee exit process.
  11. Complete additional projects, duties, assignments under the direction of the Manager and S. People and Culture Advisor.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a passion for the entire people process and experience. Previous experience with HRIS systems is an asset. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and abilities, be detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration is required, along with prior experience coordinating hourly new hire onboarding. A relevant post-secondary diploma is necessary. Knowledge of employment/labor standards in North America is an asset. Effective communication with the business and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) are essential. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple demands from various sources, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain confidentiality is crucial. This role requires a flexible schedule, as occasional overlap with non-daytime shifts may be necessary to support the business.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,300-$72,600, based on market location and internal equity. In addition to the base pay, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
