Job Description:

  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and headhunting strategies to find suitable candidates.
  • Advertise job openings on various recruitment websites and university portals to attract top talent.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with the senior HR team to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with prospective candidates through emails and LinkedIn, ensuring follow-up and timely updates.

Salary Range:$30,000 - $40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Possess a University degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or a field emphasizing strong English language skills, or have excellent proficiency in English.
  • Show keen interest in learning, dedication to working diligently, high productivity, and strong commitment to the role.
  • Pursue a career in HR and be eager to gain internship experience in the field.
