Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to provide administrative assistance to our senior leadership team at Bradford David Starcheski.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves providing high-level administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing advanced software applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
