About the Role:

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales revenue through effective account management and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree; specialized training in sales or a related field is an asset
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience; outbound sales experience is considered a strong asset
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
