About the Role:

From shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and beyond, you will gain a thorough understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics
    • Learn about our products, their journey from vendors to customers, and sales support.
  • Phase 2: Operations
    • Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
  • Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management
    • Transition from customer support to managing large-scale projects.
  • Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management
    • Develop skills to find new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
  • Phase 5: Career Path Determination
    • Determine your ideal career path based on your training and experience.

Requirements:
