At Actalent, we're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and execute multiple nuclear projects with precision and expertise.

About the Role

This is a key position within our team, requiring a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to execute projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and documentation.
  • Assess and identify project risks, implement risk mitigation plans, and forecast potential issues.
  • Oversee project schedule development, identify critical path activities, and manage project resources.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of project management experience in the nuclear industry.
  • Experience managing projects valued between $1-10 million.
  • Proficiency in establishing project plans, finances, schedules, and project forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with nuclear refurbishment, automation, or tooling projects is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CSA B51 and CSA N285.0 pressure boundary components and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environment compliance standards and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
