Nuclear Systems Engineer Position for Experienced Professionals

About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team in this senior role, leveraging their expertise to drive project success. As a key member of our nuclear systems engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
Your primary focus will be on technical leadership, overseeing system design and development activities. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to risk mitigation, quality assurance, and cost optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer processes and become an authoritative subject matter expert.
- Analyze and prepare component-level studies, including structural integrity and functional capability assessments.
- Prepare technical documents such as Failure Modes and Effects Analyses, Safety Risk Assessments, and installation/commissioning plans.
- Assist in compiling and documenting design requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare vendor technical specifications and interface with vendors of process-critical equipment.
- Evaluate engineering drawings and specifications for conformance to design inputs/requirements.
- Lead or support Design Plan preparation and implementation.
- Perform problem-solving and coordinate project engineering work.
- Provide project support during system startup, integration, and buy-off.
